It still puzzles me.Leaves me in wonder and disbelief of how commercial traditional masks have become. Before used only during ceremonies, now simply their have become dead, hanging on walls of the rich and the famous. Just a mind of thought.

)In your art you also recycle things, function of objects change. African masks and statues are indeed becoming valuable in collector's hand, but this also often preserves them. Also I see there is much more knowledge about the original functions kept then I first thought. Anthropologist and previously missionaries documented much of these ceremonies and functions.
